If the argument is that marijuana is bad for health and it should be illegal, then with the same logic, alcohol should be illegal because it’s also bad for health.

      You know what they mean. If a reason to ban marijuana is due to health concerns, then it’s only consistent to be against alcohol for the same reason.

      If you’re against marijuana for other reasons, then consistency still matters, but doesn’t apply for alcohol maybe.
