I’ve found this project and was wondering if its’s safe to use or I’d anyone has had any problems with it.

I’ve not used it in gnome but it worked perfectly fine in kde. (don’t ask why I themed my kde desktop to look like gnome…)
Why have you themed your KDE desktop to look like gnome?
Is this even needed when you have qgnomeplatform?
Yes, that provides general platform integration but is not a theme.
