What does “clean FB account” mean? I’m assuming it’s referencing Facebook account, but what is different with a “clean” account, as opposed to one you just create your self?
It probably depends on your location.
Where I live, you can only (legally) increase rent by something like 4% per year. But if the price increase is within the legal limit, and the tenant doesn’t want to (or can’t) pay the new price, they either willingly move or are forcibly removed from the premises when they don’t pay.
Uh, it even runs POE, I just use a sonoff USB dongle…I’ve just been using my lightbulps and 230VAC relays as receivers/routers for nearby battery powered ZigBee units. There’s always a mains powered ZigBee device within good range so it can reach my server in the laundry room.
The ZigBee lightbulbs I have are definitely not high quality.

IKEA 30 years ago was also making better furniture than they are today though. All their entry-level furniture is absolute shit these days, thin veneer on cardboard strength fiber board and screws made of metal softer than warm butter.
Anything in a quality that will last more than a few years costs almost the same as any other furniture store.

If you make ~$20k/y in the US you’re almost top 5% income globally. Around top 5% range globally is probably somewhat poor in the US. The lowest middle class household income in the US is $40k/y

No point in keeping the torrent if I no longer have the file. Unless it’s something I know I will re-watch/use multiple times, I delete the file after I’ve used it.
