Getting someone to look at it post purchase is likely going to be much cheaper, and I’m definitely not recommending people don’t get inspections when buying houses if they don’t know what they’re doing.

I routinely get hammered till late but as long as I sleep 3, 4.5, 6 hours specifically, I’m fine. Even if I have 4 hours ahead of me, I wake myself up after 3 to snooze and not go into a deep sleep.

The warmer waters could also mean a place of comfort for you, and by being in a place you like and being comfortable you are more likely to meet someone compatible. It also feels less like a chore because you don’t have to chase or get out of your comfort zone so much.
