My partner is a teacher and we spend around $200 a month just on snacks for their classroom (snacks have to be individually packaged, and there’s 36 kids per class, so that’s 72 snacks a day, Because the kids have a morning snack and an afternoon snack.) Even with donors, choose PTA and other groups. We just know that there’s a certain amount of our income each month that’s going to go too supporting her classroom. It sucks but we have accepted it, because by us not doing that the kids are just going to suffer.

God it was so awkward, it must have been like 2011 because I was freshly 21. And it was at this local bar. I mean the source I have is not really particularly great, Just my first hand account and what I was told about why we were moving to a different system. It was just that I was part of a plex share where all of us were getting banned for it being associated with the the Plex share. So the plex share moved over to using emby.

Our plex share had to move over to emby. And then they were kind of going through in systematically banning people. So a lot of people just got banned for pirated content.

Ahhhh, So this is why they’re really cracking down on banning plex shares.

That’s a really burnt me. I bought one big switch title game and it was pokémon shield. It was 60 bucks and I was so disappointed and there was no return. I got some small indie games, Hades on the switch was really fun. But after getting my steamed deck it just opened up all of the games that are already owned on my computer. Just quickly out classed me switch.

I do wish that I could take the controllers off the side of the steam deck and play it. Kind of like the switch. I know I can just use a wireless controller, but it was just kind of a nice form factor thing.
