Look for shed like things that connect to taxiways. They aren’t huge and don’t need to be if the aircraft is smol.
They are somewhat common-ish if you know where to look. I fly by one a lot!
There are many valid problems with the Ukraine and it’s history. There are many conversations one could have about it and what the world should be doing in response to their situation.
The whole “They are Nazis!” argument doesn’t hold water the moment you carry their view point onto something like the US and ask the exact same questions.
You can make a federated link by going !canvas@toast.ooo rather than posting the link, makes it much easier for users to join from LW!
I don’t think that user was personally complaining, more pointing out that LW might be facing it’s first crisis of resources. Good sys-ops people don’t come cheap, and bad one often can do far more harm than help.
It’s tricky trying to handle something like this when LW is foundationally not an enterprise or anything close to a business.
Wikipedia isn’t a social platform. I suspect that their text growth was log(n)
or something of the like. The only new text are things that are literally new or updates.
Lemmy has no cap there. The amount of new text will grow in some proportion to the user base. The more users and more instances, the more text. To say nothing of duplication from cross posting when you get wonky cuts in the federation connections.
None of this is free and it’s going to be a problem if Lemmy grows.
No, what they have is the ability to do so, as expressed by your replies.
Yet you feel the need to tell them how they should act?
If they wish to participate, it’s their right to attempt to join. I just think it’s wonderful that the pagents clear policy of hate is backfiring so publicly.
Bots just repost comments that were popular in the past and get huge amounts of karma, then delete said post before anyone catches on and starts and downvote wave.
That system is gamable and solved.
Nice ratio!
9.1 TB up 1.8 TB down
5.2 ratio over 900 days.
Not dethroning op for a while yet.
I’m a private pilot. Would this allow me to take the pilots seat?
Lol, it’s more to show a point. Most engineers and programmers are VERY hard to advertise to. We do to much research, so it’s often an ignored group in marketing. Easier to go after other demographics.
What’s your field of work?
Just took a quick peak at wefwef.
You consider that easier?
Have an upvote, so as to better game the system stranger.
Loving vaultwarden. Easy to share with family for passwords, great browser extension.
