What I hate more are the entry level jobs that will be like that. Like bro it’s an entry level job and you’re expecting people to have a super deep understanding makes no sense. Like I get it’s just marketing and a way to lower the number of applicants to get just the really good ones but it makes it so much harder to figure out what level of skill a job is looking for if they all say they want experts with certain skills or tools.
I mean at least when it comes to design it was shit in the past cause either it was being done by people who didn’t know much about design or it was something new and people didn’t know what would be a good design for it. Now it’s shit cause making it shit in certain ways let’s companies make more money.
Honestly this is a nice feature for some kinds of shows. Sometimes I don’t want to watch a show from the beginning in order for certain kinds of shows. The only problem is this feature is coming as streaming services are fracturing and becoming less and less usable.
Then once you do that find a spatial anomaly that causes a time loop so you can keep trying till you get it.
The thing I’ve always noticed about getting more monitors is that you never really think you need one more monitor until you end up getting one somehow. After that you start getting used to the extra space and it feels wrong to go back to having less. When I originally had one monitor I was just used to that and didn’t see anything wrong with it. Once I got two monitors I again felt good and got used to it. It was really nice to be able to watch stuff while playing games or have Unity and Visual Studio on separate screens at the same time. Eventually I got a nicer monitor and decided to go up to 3 monitors which again felt really nice and I found uses for all 3. That’s where I’m at now and I don’t have plans to get anymore but if I ever got a newer monitor there’s a good chance I would end up giving 4 a try cause why let one of my older but still good monitors go to waste. And I imagine I would still be able to find uses for the extra space. I feel like at some point there is a limit but at least so far every time I’ve gained more monitor space even when I’m not sure what I would use it for I always end up using that extra space for something.
The person I replied to said social outings made them bored and tired after a while. But like I said even among introverts it probably varies exactly how people feel about going out and socializing.
Wouldn’t it still be true then cause you wouldn’t want to go to something that’s boring and draining? I mean at least personally I don’t feel anxious about going out to events and stuff but I more just don’t feel motivated to cause staying home by myself sounds nice. Especially if it’s something that doesn’t sound that fun. But once I actually go I’m fine except for it being tiring after a while. I mean at the end of the day it does probably vary from person to person cause humans are complex.
Or bots, that’s the other explanation.

I don’t think it’s necessarily succumbing to it. Usually it’s more of the fact that you’re well established and have money and a house, so you feel that things don’t need to change anymore so you end up voting conservative. However since it’s seeming more and more likely home ownership and even retirement are too far away to ever be achievable for young people this shifting to conservative as you get older might not happen anymore.
I have two very different kinds of games I did this with.
The first was Undertale, didn’t really get into it at first and stopped playing it around half way through. However after I watched someone else beat the game I got a lot more into it and finally beat all the main endings. Really liked the story and it quickly became one of my favorites after that.
The other is the Crusader Kings games. I got one of them when I was pretty young through a humble bundle and did not understand how it worked at all. Then near the end of highschool I finally tried them again along with playing Stellaris and thats when I was finally able to figure out how to play them and got super into a lot of Paradox’s games.
The only reason they’re that bad is cause it’s what people click on. I do agree they look terrible but it’s what draws people in.
I used to use Firefox but have been using Brave cause I was getting tired of having to open Edge every time there would be an addon or tool that was Chrome exclusive. So unless there’s other options for privacy focused chromium browsers I’m just gonna stick with brave.
Yeah I had pretty unrestricted access but never found anything that bad and if I did I was probably too young to understand it was bad and forgot about it if I did see anything
I’ve managed to avoid giving up the headphone jack, using a Pixel 5a right now. Although when I eventually have to get my next phone I have a feeling there might not be many choices left with the headphone jack.

Like I said I don’t fully remember so could be different. I do remember they won’t let you use balance to pay for subscriptions, even if you have a card on the account too, which atleast kinda makes sense but is still bad.
I remember during the GPU shortage I managed to get a new graphics card from waiting outside a best buy for it to open. So I tried to sell my old one on eBay. Gave good pictures and followed all the rules as far as I could tell but because I had never sold anything on their platform before I was instantly banned with no way to appeal. I get they were probably having to deal with lots of scammers but if I could appeal or talk to support I could literally prove I had the GPU I was selling but as far as I could tell there was no option for that. So now I can’t sell anything on eBay unless I get someone else to sell it for me.
