Looks like most people didn’t care enough for VIII, huh?
What do you use as your controller? I got an Anbernic handheld now but I’ve always been curious/intrigued by just running them on a phone, I just never quite found any of the control methods quite satisfactory.
It is about the weapon. If someone wanted to inflict a lot of damage, they would use bombs. That has happened several times in the past but doesn’t compare to the number of mass shootings. Why? Because guns are simply just plentiful and easy to get, and too many apologetics keep allowing them to be plentiful. It really is that simple. Yes it doesn’t fix society’s underlying issues but that is a MUCH harder problem to solve than simply getting rid of (as many) guns (as possible), or at least not just allow so mamy people to own them willy nilly.
The goal is to drastically reduce the number of innocent lives being taken ASAP, not to argue about weapons or social ills or all of this other nonsense.
How so? You just push the seat back and get out, it’ll be about as much of an issue as a normal (very cramped) seat.
One way around it is just to say “I’m from the US”. I know it’s not quite what you asked but based on what everyone else has said about why we’re simply “Americans” then I suggest this as an alternative. Also like they said, referring to yourself by state of residence works too, for instance “Texan” or “Californian” since they’re basically just as well known as the US itself at this point.
Proper spatial / binaural audio in games is a game changer for me and it’s wild that I have to buy something like DTS Sound Unbound (and before that, X-Fi sound card with CMSS3D) just to kind of “emulate” it in games. This is tech they figured out in the 90s.
As far as I’m concerned, RAGE is a modern game. It even looks and plays like a modern game, so it can’t really be retro.
To call it retro is like saying League of Legends is retro because it came out in 2009.
