Everyone will have different experiences. Going to a chiropractor helped me with my posture in the long term. After my first visit it was no longer uncomfortable to stand up straight. I used to have this lump in the back of my neck and whatever they did made that go away. I did initially go for back pain and I can’t say if the visits helped with back pain in the long term but the adjustment did help me with my posture.

I’m a woman who just wanted to be strong and I found that hiring a personal trainer was best for me. Not only do they tell you what to do but they walk you through the exercises. Having good form is really important.

I will continue to argue to this day, Cyberpunk should have been a PC exclusive. Most of the performance issues were on consoles, consoles that hold back innovation and progress in gaming. I remember a time when PC games were always at the forefront of better graphics and new ideas. Now, we cater to the lowest common denominator.
FWIW, I had a good time with the game on release. I don’t know what was promised and still don’t, but the game that I played was solid and fun. Ignorance is bliss, I suppose.

Using the same title as a linked article is a good rule. I don’t necessarily believe all submissions should have to be linked to an article though. If someone is at the scene, as it happens, then their first hand account is valuable too.

I would prefer a platform without karma or reputation. The way reputation works on Kbin isn’t great anyway. Downvotes lower it but upvotes don’t raise it. My rep is low because most people don’t boost.
A karma/rep system can disincentivize participation as well. I don’t think it’s necessary to keep trolls at bay.

Not eating meat every day would make a huge difference but apparently that is too hard.
The range for livable temperatures follows a more reasonable scale. Hot is really high numbers. Cold is low. The exact temperature is more precise because the range is larger.
Celsius is fine for scientists but for the regular person Fahrenheit has a better range.

I went nine times. I don’t think I needed to keep going but I kept agreeing to the next appointment lol. My HSA covered it at least. Except for the first few appointments I’d go once a month. I don’t plan on going again for now.
