I’ve been using quad 9 dns for years and torrenting without issues.

These laws are made just to make happy the people getting rich with calcio streamings and alike. IPTV and stuff is enforced, for the rest it’s just business as usual

Recommendations for movies and series are overrated because most of the stuff out there is bad and if it’s not is probably on some recommendation list all over the web

tbf in italy it’s legal only for yourself but not if you do it to earn money; tnt village was closed cause of the many donations they got, it was abit of an edge case (maybe they had rewards for donators)
