Wow this is unethical. They should all be separate toggles.

Yup this is how you do it. I ride the train standing up without holding anything all the time. If you stand perpendicular and lean during accel/decel it’s very stable. If you are facing parallel to the trains direction you’re gonna faceplant.
This and xupermask are just cringe consoomer mush. It’s honestly shocking to me the trust that people put into celebrities and tech companies. Capitalists “disrupting” a regulated industry should be a big red flag.
Yeah I’d rather not be making regedits and of course can’t even do that on a work device.
No small taskbar icons option was bothersome for me. Have to deal with it on my work PC. So much lost screen space 😭
I have the same issue. When I start printing on my brother printer, the lights flicker 😨
Great printer, though
I still luckily have a nice group of friends using Signal but I agree that dropping SMS support was a mistake. There was a good issue explaining why dropping SMS support was bad on their GitHub: https://github.com/signalapp/Signal-Android/issues/12560
Two people who share bedroom can use bathrooms at the same time
Here it is: https://github.com/pkeg/mobi.thisplace
Almost certainly doesn’t work anymore and probably wasn’t built well in the first place. It was one of my first projects, haha.
Years ago I made an app that did exactly this as my first attempt at mobile development. It’s quite easy to do, as (at least at the time) wikipedia provided a free API and I was able to get another one which got coordinates from an entered address. It’s not on the Google play store anymore as I didn’t keep it up to date with the development requirements Google has added over the years, but it could easily be recreated by a programmer with interest.
Yup I use insert for this all the time.
Lots of ways to track besides cookies. There are many ways you can fingerprint a user. It’s actually pretty hard to not have a unique fingerprint on the Internet.
Yeah I get the kanopy streaming service through my local library. It’s awesome.
Part of the problem extended beyond software. Back when I got into recording, FireWire was necessary for the data bandwidth and it was standard on Macs. I had to install a card to work with my recording interface on Windows.
On a side note, been using Reaper for years and it has been great as a hobbyist option. I understand why any professional would use something like ProTools instead, though.
Eh, many people use computers but are not the ones who installed the operating system (e.g. work, school, library, etc.). I think it’s likely more accessible to be able to enable the feature at any time, if needed. In my experience pressing shift five times generally only happens to me when playing games. I don’t know how often it pops with normal web browsing, email, etc.
What OP is suggesting is actually in that Wikipedia article. Apparently it’s called “Baltimore Stockbroker / Psychic Sports Picks”.
This isn’t even really a Halloween decoration
Dang, that’s a lot of data.
Best purchase I ever made. Can’t believe I lived without one before. America needs more bidets.
This is it! Old water coolers
