Yeah, I didn’t have a problem reading it. The most awkward part was the weird comparison to Big Ben. The wrong “there” was the first thing to make me pause and then I saw the joke.

10.9.0 is the latest. It just launched a day or two ago.
It’s a play on a Mad Max: Fury Road quote.
I’ve sort of done the same thing. Most console games are optimized around their ‘quality’ game mode. Many games will have the quality mode be a solid locked 30 fps while performance will be a low res, blurry mess running at an unlocked frame rate between 40-55 fps. I’ll happily play at 30 fps to avoid those issues.
Do not, my friends, become addicted to 60 fps. It will take hold of you, and you will resent its absence!
Yes, it is a thing in the US. People do it mostly to avoid filing taxes with the US when they don’t plan on ever living here. It’s rather expensive and time consuming. You have to pay a big fee ($2350 + any unpaid taxes) to do it and set up an appointment with the embassy/consulate.
When looking for media online, you pretty much just need a good adblocker and the sense not to run any random executables.
The media files themselves are very unlikely to have malware attached. They would need to exploit a bug in the specific video player you are using and then exploit another bug in your OS to get admin privileges before doing any real damage. It’s pretty much just theoretical. Keep your stuff up to date and don’t worry about it.
Newer generations have decoders/encoders for more codecs. 8th gen Intel Core cpus have good HEVC support while you need the more recent gens for good AV1 support.
If it’s legal money, then you aren’t laundering it. Transferring money you’ve obtained legally is just transferring money. It’s only money laundering by definition if the money was illegally gained.
They have a really small userbase, but it lines up well with the demographics here: Early adopter, tech enthusiasts with a distrust in Google and tired of how bad search is now.
Early adopters are generally very excited about whatever they’ve picked up. They feel the same way about a search engine the same way I feel about wearing only the same brand of black socks. Super excited to tell everyone about it whenever I get the chance because of how much it changed my life.

The flag holds the world record of being the oldest continuously used national flag, that is since 1625.
While the flag might date back to 1219, it wasn’t in continuous use until 1625.
Probably the biggest shock to getting a Mac for work is how all the basic QoL apps want $20+ a year subscriptions. I’m not paying a subscription to reverse my scrollwheel for my mouse.
There’s no way Chick-fil-A does it. I got a few bites into the Popeye’s sandwich and then realized they weird, off putting flavor was a pickle brine. I order all chicken sandwiches plain, since I have a really sensitive tongue and can’t stand the taste of pickles. The only time there was a hint of pickle flavor in a Chick-fil-A sandwich is if the person who bagged the sandwich had pickle juice on their gloves when they grabbed the patty.
I think they just salt brine their chicken and the common misconception that they pickle brine comes from the fact that pickles are a vile vegetable whose juice soaks deep into whatever they touch and most people order them with pickles.
People like to compare them, but they have such a different flavor when you order them plain like I do. The Popeyes ones are pickle-brined, so they have a faint taste of pickles with every bite. I can’t stand the flavor personally.
I’m pretty sure there chicken is not actually pickle brined. I can’t stand the taste of pickles and I order every sandwich without them. I can’t eat the Popeyes chicken sandwich because I can still taste the pickles they were brined with, but I don’t get a hint of pickles from chickfila’s sandwiches.
That’s total fast food restaurants, not fast food chains.
If you’re looking at critics reviews, you have to be careful when you see a lot of good reviews for a movie. A 100% on rotten tomatoes is more likely to be a boring slog of art that only a movie critic who is desperate for something different can enjoy than something the average person wants to see.
My rule of thumb: if a movie you were excited for got amazing reviews then go see it. If are just browsing a list of top rated movies currently in theaters and you haven’t heard of it, do more research to figure out why it’s well rated. At least you’ll know what you’re in for if you do go see it.
It might be worth throwing in something at the bottom of the page explaining why you struck it through.
I’m just saying that the ‘IP addresses change’ argument is something courts have been dealing with for decades at this point. It’s a useless argument since ISPs keep track of who was assigned which IP at which time.
I wonder if where you have your account affects how you notice where the trolls are from? Like I don’t notice trolls coming from .world much because I just see a username, where a troll from .ml is
