Isn’t it always?
Do you have a source that this claim is just a myth?
As long as it doesn’t become Reddit 2.0.
True.
The only thing the average consumer will even notice is the end of support for Windows 10. However, once the prompt to upgrade to Windows 11 appears, 99% will click “yes” and forget about it. They might be a little annoyed by the changes, but that will be all.
In the real world? Yes. In art, not necessarily:
She’s obviously wearing a bikini top over a body suit.
And mainly in third world countries, like the US.
I was in the same boat as you a year ago, but Windows got so bad that I just accepted that I could only play 90% of the games I want and had to check protondb before buying a game.
Also I wouldn’t use a distro that has GNOME as their default DE. KDE is (currently) superior in many ways that matter for gamers.
Doesn’t mean your company didn’t bet on the wrong horse. Luckily we stay far away from anything Google touches, but I have friends in other companies who weren’t as lucky.
Like compiling a kernel? Same!
Anyone tried the KDE variant with nvidia?
Compared to what?
I don’t think it’s paranoid. Best case scenario, they really are using your data ineffectively, which imo is still bad because you are not getting any benefit from it. But worst case scenario is a government coming into power that abuses this data to extents we can’t possible fathom today.
Same. I mean, I don’t do it now either. But I also never used to.

Holy shit I don’t want to live where you’re living. It sounds horrible.
I agree, but I sometimes check out reddit as well and it’s also been meh now. It seems that social media as a whole is in a steep decline. No good content anywhere. Or maybe I’m just getting old.
I can see a Steamdeck 2 happening, but definitely not a 3.
